Dan brings more than four decades of litigation experience to the firm. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented businesses, insurance carriers, and individuals in complex civil disputes. Prior to joining Lanza Law Firm, Dan served as a Senior Trial Attorney with Farmers Insurance Legal Office and practiced with respected litigation firms in both Texas and Florida. Earlier in his career, he served as Deputy Chief Assistant State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Tampa, Florida, where he prosecuted felony offenses, including narcotics and violent crimes.

Dan’s extensive trial experience and practical approach to litigation allow him to develop effective strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. He is committed to providing strong advocacy and achieving favorable outcomes both inside and outside the courtroom.

When Dan is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and remains active in the legal community.
