Kevin Tompkins

Biography

Kevin is a civil litigation trial lawyer with over 35 years of jury trial experience and over 200 first chair jury trials in Texas state and federal courts. His primary area of practice is personal injury. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Kevin is a native Houstonian. He is a 1977 graduate of Waltrip High School. He graduated from The University of Houston in 1982 with a degree in English Literature and received his law degree, with honors, from South Texas College of Law in 1985. He was Case Notes Editor on the South Texas Law Review and a member of the South Texas Mock Trial Team.

During his time away from the office, Kevin enjoys time with his wife and kids and his dogs and cats. He is an avid beekeeper and has been engaged in the field of herpetology, raising corn snakes, for many years. He and his wife conduct herpetology shows for school districts in and around the Houston, Texas area.
